چکیده
Fusarium avenaceum (Fr.) Sacc. is an important phytopathogen. Fight against F. includes primarily fungicide usage. However, novel strategies are needed in a struggle with avenaceum. In this study, terpinolene was used as antimicrobial agent, and the harmlessness of tested on two contrast barley genotypes, Hordeum vulgare L. cv. Cervoise H. Premium. Firstly, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) half (IC50) were detected 6 3 µg µL-1. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay informative about effects enniatin zearalenone biosynthesis Terpinolene leads to potential decreased no significant differences recorded for gene expression aurofusariun biosynthesis. barley, electroconductivity (EC), catalase (CAT) activity, coupled restriction enzyme digestion-random amplification (CRED-RA), qRT-PCR assays tested. No ion leakage (p>0.05) detected. Similarly, CAT activity water loss rate (WLR) values sets not affected by treatment majority experiment sets. Relatively low levels genomic template instability (75-85%) epigenetics changes (11-20.6%) due treatment. WRKY6, WRKY24, WRKY41 expressions significantly changed. The findings showed that could be accepted plant protective agent phytopathogenic fungi.

Fusarium culmorum is one of the most common and globally important causal agent of root and crown rot diseases of cereals. These diseases cause grain yield loss and reduced grain quality in barley. In this study, we have analyzed an expressed sequence ta (EST) database derived from F. culmorum infected barley root tissues available at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). متن کاملAllelopathic Plants. 19. Barley (Hordeum vulgare L)
Barley is integrated with other crops to inhibit weed growth, through allelopathic interactions. Effects of barley on growth of other crops, weeds and autotoxicity among cultivars result primarily from allelopathy mediated by allelochemicals released from plant components and/or exuded from living roots. A limited number of allelochemicals are identified that contributes to allelopathic effecti...
